Martha-Lee Bohn is a Certified Health Counselor and the “Auntie” of nine nieces and nephews and dozens of other children. For years, she served as Director of Youth Ministries at her Presbyterian church working with pre-teens and teenagers.
She decided to become a health coach to fulfill her passion of working with teenagers and parents to improve their health and family life.
Her interest in the impact of food on health developed after becoming seriously ill as a result of a wheat allergy. She maintains a gluten-free diet and has been particularly successful working with clients who have food allergies or restrictions.
Martha-Lee leads workshops on nutrition and offers individual health and nutrition coaching to individuals and families.
